Weekly Video Guided Meditations

The routine at a Powell House youth conference usually has a Saturday afternoon session that includes some combination of:

  • a check-in name circle

  • a group gathering game

  • exchanging massages

  • a relaxation - meditation exercise

  • a guided mediation

By the time folks have gotten to the guided meditation they are in a quiet, relaxed mode. 

So before you do these guided meditations posted here, we recommend taking some time to do some tai chi or qigong exercises, maybe some yoga or dance, to get your body, mind, and spirit in a good place for deepening and opening up.
