Is it better to be hard or squishy?

To be tough or tender?

To be certain or uncertain?

How do we decide how we want to be in the world as we navigate the hard and the squishy things?

Sometimes getting squishy makes the hard stuff easier – like

  • walking barefoot on muddy trails,
  • squeezing clay through your fingers or
  • playing with homemade slime.

Some of you asked for slime, maybe we will make some. It’s not hard.
