Sep 21-23

Most of us have our tribes. People we identify with. A group of friends we feel safe with.

It can be fun to emphasize our traits and create rituals to cement us together. Particularly in scary or uncertain situations there is a sense of strength being with people like us.

But there are pit falls too. People being excluded, a stifling of who we might be at our core, misunderstanding that leads to tension or violence.

This conference you’ll create a clan with a small group of others: decide what your values are, what characteristics you share, what rituals reflect those.

Then the clans will meet, compete and ultimately become one raucous, joyous whole learning to communicate with each other across our borders.
