Fall Meeting for Sessions Committee, October 12-14, 2018
Sessions Committee will be meeting at Powell House during the weekend of October 12-14, 2018. Cost for the weekend is $190 per adult for room and board.

Fall meeting of the Powell House Committee. Weekend begins with dinner on Friday at 7:00pm and runs through lunch on Sunday. Come for as much as you can! Register so we can plan for you - enough food and beds. Registration without deposit is possible. See you soon!

Superintendents & Secretaries Gathering, September 17-20, 2018
Following the tradition of many years, superintendents and executive secretaries from yearly meetings and a handful of other Quaker organizations across North America will gather for an annual retreat fondly called Sups & Secs. This is a chance to gather with executives of Quaker organizations with similar issues and constituencies.
When: September 17 - 20. Meals will start with Monday dinner and end with Thursday lunch.
Where: Powell House, New York Yearly Meeting’s retreat center near Albany NY. If you get to Albany, NY by train or plane, we can get you the rest of the way. If you are driving, the address is 524 Pitt Hall Road, Old Chatham NY. When you register, it will be helpful if you note whatever you know about your transportation plans at that time so we can follow up as needed.
Food: If you have dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan, allergies, etc., please be sure to note that on your registration.
Program: It worked well in 2017 to be lightly scheduled. We needed varying levels of contact with our home bases and the schedule left room for that or relaxation as needed. That group thought that sounded like a good plan for 2018. Christie Duncan-Tessmer of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting agreed to put together some light programming around the theme of Courageous Conversations.
Cost: $300 - This covers the meals and housing. You can pay online when you register or use the default payment of zero on the registration form and pay by check by mail or in person.

Schedule begins Saturday morning and runs through lunch on Sunday.
Cost: $115, and includes one overnight (Saturday) and 4 meals. Need to come early, staying over on Friday? Add $40 - inlcudes Friday overnight and light breakfast Saturday. Dinner Friday is on your own.

The cost of an overnight is the same if you stay one or both nights = $90. Meals are charged individually, so the full weekend is $180 (2 nights + 6 meals). Partial weekend rates are based on the fees below.
Please let us know on your registration which night(s) you will be staying and which meals you will be present for.
We need to plan in advance for rooming and for meals. Minimum deposit to confirm your registration is $25. Breakdown of costs listed below to help you understand the fee structure for this event.
A late fee of $20 will be collected for registrations made/confirmed after January 15th.
